David Laborde and Digger Earles represented a church that was severely damaged from hurricanes Laura and Delta. The church dutifully had the insurance it needed to cover the damage and had been paying for it for years. However, when the church needed to use its insurance to cover the damage from the hurricanes, the insurance company drug their feet and didn’t offer them nearly the amount they needed to cover the damage done, acting in bad faith.
