O’Neal graduated in the top third of her class and was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. She worked as a research assistant to Chancellor Winston Day and was a law clerk to the Honorable Guy Holdridge and the Honorable A. J. Kling in the 23rd Judicial District.
Before her employment with Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers, Fran worked in the Lafayette area concentrating on litigation. Fran is admitted to practice before various state and federal courts. She is a member of several professional, religious, and civic organizations.
