Wesley is a personal injury lawyer at Laborde Earles, from Mansura, Louisiana. In 1992, he graduated cum laude from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette) with a bachelor’s degree in personal management. He received his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University in 1995. Over his career, he has experience representing both people who have been injured and also those who injured them. As a result, he can evaluate the claim from both sides to more fully explain and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the claim. This helps the client make a more informed decision about their case.
In addition to practicing personal injury law, Wesley has also previously handled real estate and bank transactions. He also served as the attorney for the Town of Mansura and the Sheriff of Avoyelles for several years, handling various municipal and governmental matters, as well as representing them in court proceedings. He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; and the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana. He has also been admitted to practice Pro Hac Vice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, Phoenix Division and in the Superior Court for the State of California, in Riverside County, California.
