Kelby Rasmussen Attorney

Kelby Rasmussen is a personal injury attorney at Laborde Earles who draws on courtroom experience gained while clerking in Louisiana’s 36th Judicial District to advocate for clients after serious accidents. An LSU Law Center graduate originally from St. Landry Parish, he is committed to being a steady voice for clients in difficult times and enjoys fitness, travel, and spending time with his bulldog, Babe.

Kelby Rasmussen grew up in Saint Landry Louisiana and practices personal injury law at Laborde Earles. He is a 2015 LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center graduate and 2011 LSU School of Architecture graduate. Kelby’s experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Martha Ann O’Neal and the Honorable C. Kerry Anderson of the 36th Judicial District, helped him gain experience inside the courtroom which he is able to use for the benefit of his clients. Kelby is dedicated to helping people get their lives back together after an accident.
