After being admitted to the Louisiana Bar in October 2019, David began his legal career defending insurance companies in a wide range of civil matters, including personal injury, maritime, and complex insurance claims. That defense-side experience now serves as a critical advantage for his clients, allowing him to anticipate opposition tactics, apply early pressure, and position cases for meaningful outcomes. David has successfully resolved cases with settlements exceeding $1 million, reflecting his disciplined preparation and results-driven advocacy.
David earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tulane University in 2016 and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2019. While at Tulane, he was a member of the university’s football team, playing linebacker and earning a varsity letter. He was also named to the American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team during the 2014–2015 seasons.
Known for being passionate, hardworking, and diligent, David practices law with relentless preparation and clear communication. He treats every case as if it is going to trial, keeping clients informed and empowered at every stage while maintaining constant pressure on the opposition to achieve strong results.
A native of Lafayette, Louisiana, David now lives in New Orleans with his wife and daughter. Outside of the office, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing, spending time on the golf course, and staying active. He is also deeply involved in community fundraising efforts and serves as a co-team captain for BBQ Team Dirty D and the Thunder Pigs with Hogs for the Cause, helping raise money for pediatric brain cancer research and housing for families whose children are undergoing treatment.
