Prior to joining the firm, Amit spent nearly two years as a Staff Attorney with the Orleans Public Defenders, representing clients in high-level felony cases. During that time, he gained substantial courtroom experience, handling trial matters and advocating for individuals from all walks of life. His work required decisive action, strong preparation, and the ability to navigate high-stakes situations under pressure — skills that continue to define his approach to litigation today.
Amit prepares every case with the expectation that it may go to court. He is tenacious, driven, and unafraid to litigate aggressively when necessary, always motivated by achieving the strongest possible outcome for his clients. His approach combines empathy with discipline, ensuring clients feel heard, informed, and powerfully represented at every stage of their case.
Amit earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2023, after completing his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2019. While in law school, he participated in the Boston College Law Innocence Program, conducting post-conviction investigations of innocence claims and assisting in litigation efforts.
Originally from Queens, New York, Amit now enjoys life in the city, where he spends his free time trying new restaurants, listening to music, and traveling. He is also a proud cat dad to three cats — Pawblo, Noelle, and Nala.
