Supporting Louisiana Communities for Nine Years

Over the past nine years, Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers has given away bikes and helmets to deserving children throughout Louisiana communities. This year, Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers will be partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana to make this event more impactful than ever before, giving away bikes and helmets to students at J.W. Faulk Elementary School. On May 15th, bikes will be given to children who demonstrate strong school participation during state testing week, encouraging them to show up on time and give their best effort. The event promotes school attendance, testing participation, child safety, child health, and well-being.

Community Voices on Bike It Forward

“For our ninth Bike It Forward event, we continued our collaboration with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana, focusing on how we can grow the event’s impact and better support the evolving needs of our community,” said partner David Laborde.

“We’re thrilled to once again team up with Laborde Earles for this year’s Bike It Forward event,” said Kalli Christ, Chief Executive Officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana. “Partnering with J.W. Faulk Elementary gives us an incredible opportunity to uplift and motivate students ahead of their state testing.”

“What makes this year’s Bike It Forward event so meaningful is that we’re combining important lessons in bicycle safety and healthy living with academic encouragement,” said Digger Earles. “Helping kids stay active and confident in school lays the foundation for a stronger future—for them and for our whole community.”
