I am from Louisiana, born and raised here. After law school, I moved to New Orleans, and after New Orleans, I came to Lafayette.
What drew me to practicing law was honestly just to help other people. And the best way to do that, I thought, would be practicing personal injury law. Helping people that have been injured about an unforeseen situation and being able to help them get back on their feet.
I was just drawn to Laborde Earls because it’s kind of a family environment. You get that feel here, which is very hard to find in any working environment. Not just a law firm, but just in general. I feel like I’m actually making a difference in people’s eyes, which is always a nice feeling. It’s the least I can do.
I was brought up, you know, to be kind to everyone. Not just being kind, but actually, truly helping people. Being able to do that on a daily basis with our clients is very rewarding. Our clients are like family. Just like everyone here that I work with is like family. Really being able to truly help them and make a difference in their lives is why I do what I do.
